Our STRENGTH sessions are all about building muscle, improving technique, and levelling up your lifting. Structured around progressive overload, you’ll track your lifts, learn proper form, and feel the difference week after week.

HYB-X

Hybrid training for a stronger, fitter, faster you.
HYB-X blends the best of strength and conditioning with athletic performance work. Every session challenges both muscle and mindset, think compound lifts, explosive intervals, and endurance blocks built to test your limits and boost overall fitness.

You’ll gain: power, stamina, strength, and serious confidence.

MOVE

Improves how you move today and long term.
Designed to make you move better not just harder. MOVE focuses on mobility, balance, and functional strength so your body performs well in and out of the gym. Expect controlled movement, breathwork, and mobility drills that build a foundation for every other class.

I.M. Pro Training was founded by former professional goalkeeper Ian McLoughlin, built on the belief that great coaching should educate as much as it motivates. After more than a decade in professional football, from the training ground to match days, Ian saw first-hand how the right coaching, structure and mindset can transform performance.

That experience shaped I.M. Pro: a training environment where knowledge, technique and accountability come together. Whether you’re new to fitness or chasing performance goals, the focus is the same, helping you train smarter, move better and build strength that lasts.
